POV: Alien visits the Earth
--
A jungle expedition has discovered a tribe in the depths of the primeval jungle that is isolated and never knew there were people outside their territory, a tribe that has been observing nature alone for some time. They have discovered the principle of the lever and have used it to create a stone thrower.
After a brief contact, the expedition found that these primitive people were full of suspicion and apprehension towards them. The primitive people suspected that the purpose of the expedition was to come to seize their territory and prey, and feared that the people outside would regard them as a threat and exterminate them.
In fact, the people of this primitive tribe did not understand that their news value far exceeded all the wealth they possessed. What’s more, they don’t understand that modern civilization protects even endangered plants and animals, let alone intelligent beings who know how to use tools to transform nature.
The expedition team decided to leave them alone after visiting them for a while. These primitive people still had a superficial understanding of nature, and there was no way to even explain to them what a car was.
Instead of forcibly changing them, it is better to let them evolve and develop naturally, and then consider integrating them into modern society when they are able to come out of the jungle on their own. The jungle management has said that it will step up its supervision of this area. When these primitive settlements are hit by earthquakes, jungle fires, and other uncontrollable disasters, they will provide timely warning and rescue.
